Welcome to ENG PROMOS! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including DTF printing, embroidery, and laser engraving.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Product Agreement

All items sold by ENG PROMOS are custom-made and produced according to the design, size, and specifications provided by the customer. Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made unless an error is proven to be caused by us.

2. File Submission Policy

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready files in the proper format. While we may assist in basic file adjustments, ENG PROMOS is not liable for quality issues resulting from:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated files

  • Misspelled text or inaccurate design content

  • Incorrect sizing, colors, or layout unless we designed it for you

We recommend files be submitted in PNG, PDF, SVG, or AI formats, with at least 300 DPI.

3. Turnaround Time & Shipping

Standard turnaround times:

  • DTF Transfers: 1–2 business days

  • Embroidery/Laser Engraving: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping: We ship nationwide via trusted carriers.

ENG PROMOS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required upfront before any custom order begins.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Zelle, Cash App, or Apple Pay

  • In-store cash payments

Sales tax applies to Texas-based orders where required by law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We only offer refunds or reprints if there is:

  • A confirmed production error on our part

  • Shipping damage reported within 48 hours

  • Missing items from the order

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use the artwork

  • Your design does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks

ENG PROMOS is not liable for unauthorized use of intellectual property provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

ENG PROMOS is not responsible for:

  • Loss of business due to late deliveries

  • Improper application of transfers by the customer

  • Natural wear and tear of garments or printed materials

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased product(s).

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for unlawful purposes

  • Copy or exploit any portion of the website or services without written permission

  • Interfere with the site’s operation or security

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access at our discretion.

9. Updates to Terms

ENG PROMOS may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the site or services means you accept the new Terms.
